FRIED FISH BALLS WITH TAMARIND SAUCE – AN IRRESISTIBLE AND FLAVORFUL SNACK

Other ingredients:

- Sugar – 3 tablespoons
- Fish sauce – 2 tablespoons

How to make fried fish balls with tamarind sauce
Step 1: Fry the fish balls.
- Heat the cooking oil.
- Fry the fish balls over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oil and let drain.
Step 2: Make the tamarind sauce
- Mix tamarind with 100ml of hot water, then mash to extract the juice.
- Sauté minced garlic and chili peppers until fragrant.
- Pour the tamarind juice into a pan, add sugar and fish sauce, stir well until thickened (taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking).
Step 3: Coat the fish balls with sauce.
- Add the fried fish balls to the sauce pan and stir well to coat them evenly.
- Simmer over low heat for about 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
