Cách Nấu Lẩu Thái Chua Cay
Công thức đơn giản với nguyên liệu chất lượng từ Việt Sin
Lẩu Thái là món ăn khoái khẩu của người Việt, đặc biệt trong những buổi họp mặt gia đình, bạn bè hay dịp cuối tuần. Với vị chua cay đặc trưng, thơm nồng sả ớt cùng các loại hải sản, viên thả lẩu hấp dẫn – món ăn này luôn tạo cảm giác ấm cúng, đậm đà và dễ làm.

Nguyên Liệu Chuẩn Bị (cho 3-4 người)
Các sản phẩm Việt Sin:
- Cá viên thập cẩm Việt Sin – 1 gói
- Tôm viên trứng cua – 1 gói
- Mực viên phô mai – 1 gói
- Thanh cua – 1 gói
Nguyên liệu khác:
- Tôm tươi, mực tươi, nghêu: mỗi loại 200g
- Nấm kim châm, nấm bào ngư, rau muống, cải thảo
- Sả, ớt, lá chanh, tỏi
- Gia vị lẩu Thái (có thể dùng gói gia vị lẩu Thái đóng gói)
- Bún hoặc mì
Cách Chế Biến
Bước 1: Sơ chế nguyên liệu
- Tôm, mực rửa sạch, cắt vừa ăn
- Nghêu ngâm nước muối, rửa sạch cát
- Nấm và rau rửa sạch, để ráo
- Cắt lát sả, đập dập tỏi, thái nhỏ ớt
Bước 2: Nấu nước dùng
- Phi thơm sả, tỏi, ớt, cho 1,5 lít nước vào
- Thêm gói gia vị lẩu Thái, nêm lại với nước mắm, đường, nước cốt chanh vừa ăn
- Đun sôi khoảng 10 phút để nước dùng thấm vị
Step 3: Enjoy
- Cho hải sản tươi và viên thả lẩu Việt Sin vào nồi nước dùng
- Khi nước sôi lại, cho rau và nấm vào
- Ăn kèm với bún hoặc mì, chấm cùng nước mắm ớt cay
